Mia Morris “tis the last shows of 23” music & music business vlog #55

It’s no longer a surprise to me that when I’m the busiest, it looks like I’m doing the least online. The truth is, I prefer the, “real world” chaos and also highly recommend it if you get the chance. Vlog #55 is an attempt to catch back up on a few of the many musical adventures that filled up the end of 2023 for me.

I still have rehearsals, recordings and shows left to do this year but this will likely be my last entry to my video diary here on YouTube in 23. If you follow me & my music then some of these songs, venues and fellow musicians may already be familiar to you and if not, this vlog may be a slightly confusing introduction but there are 54 other vlogs if you’d like a review.

Most of all, I’d like to wish each of you Happy Holidays and I hope you had things in your life this year that made you smile. I also truly appreciate all of your support and interest in my music and creations in all of their forms.

I’m 19 years old and I’m a professional musician, songwriter & artist based out of Nashville. I play lots of instruments but the ones that I’m hired to play most often are drums, cajon and bass. I’ve been posting music related videos on YouTube since I was 9 years old and began playing professionally at 14. I’ve always loved music and I’m grateful that it’s also become how I now make a living. This channel started as a combination of my fascination with drums and YouTubers and it’s now turned into a much larger music and music business diary. My goals haven’t changed all that much over the years and stay pretty simple. I’d love to keep making music and hope to keep getting better at it.
